WHO EMRO’s Science, Innovation and Data for Impact unit and the International Digital Health Workforce Development Collaborative
(ZIMAM) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 13 March 2026.
The MoU establishes a framework for joint action across three priority themes:
- WHO DIGITAL HEALTH COMPETENCY FRAMEWORK
- WHO CONVENING ACTIVITIES
- CO-DEVELOPED TRAINING PROGRAMMES
